The Boxing Etimer is built on a strict local-first architecture. We do not track users, collect personal information, or transmit workout data to external servers.

1. Zero Personal Data Collection

Atech Operating LLC does not collect, log, sell, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII), telemetry, or usage metrics when you use The Boxing Etimer. You can use the application entirely offline without creating an account.

2. On-Device Storage & SwiftData

All workout configurations, custom interval timers, round presets, and completed workout logs are saved locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your data remains strictly within your device's isolated application sandbox.

3. Apple Watch & Local Synchronization

Communication between the iPhone companion app and the standalone watchOS application operates exclusively over local encrypted Apple WatchConnectivity protocols. No intermediate cloud server or third-party network endpoint is utilized.

4. Apple HealthKit Integration

If you grant permission, The Boxing Etimer reads and writes workout activity data (such as active energy burned and workout session durations) directly to your device's Apple HealthKit store. Atech Operating LLC has no access to your HealthKit store data.

5. Speech Synthesis & Audio Coaching

Auditory coaching and verbal countdown prompts are generated using Apple's built-in on-device speech synthesis engine (AVFoundation). Audio processing occurs locally and is not streamed or recorded.

6. Analytics & Advertising

The Boxing Etimer contains zero third-party SDKs, zero advertising networks, and zero behavioral tracking frameworks.
