By downloading or using The Boxing Etimer ("Application"), provided by Atech Operating LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The Boxing Etimer is a native iOS and watchOS interval workout timer designed for boxing, martial arts, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and general athletic conditioning. Features include automated round timing, customizable rest/work intervals, speech coaching, and local workout logging.

3. Physical Fitness & Health Disclaimer

Boxing, combat sports, and high-intensity physical training involve inherent risks of physical injury. Consult a qualified physician before undertaking any new workout routine. The Boxing Etimer is a timing utility only and does not provide medical or clinical fitness advice. You assume full responsibility for your health and physical safety during exercise sessions.

4. License & Intellectual Property

Atech Operating LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use The Boxing Etimer for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible Apple devices. All intellectual property rights, trademarks, application design, audio assets, and underlying codebase remain the exclusive property of Atech Operating LLC.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atech Operating LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or personal injury arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
